The Neighborhood Watch

Depending on who you ask, the Neighborhood Watch is one of the world's largest terrorist organizations, a global militia or a bunch of elves. Most people have no idea that The Watch even exists. Those that do, are most likely to dismiss it as a conjured rumor to scare politicians or the newest members of corporate security teams.

Reports of The Watch are on the rise, though, and they're starting to get violent.
